The fabric is 100% microfiber polyester. The weaving density is high. The surface is smooth and clean. The hand feel is soft. The sheen is soft and natural. The visual effect of this microfiber poly tie is very close to a silk tie. Standard polyester ties are often criticized for being stiff, too shiny, and having a plastic-like feel. This microfiber product solves all those problems. The lining is 100% polyester setting interlining. The colors and patterns look better on microfiber than on standard polyester. The finer fibers take dye more evenly. The colors are richer and deeper. The patterns look clearer and more detailed.

Sewing microfiber fabric is harder than sewing standard polyester. The microfiber poly tie fabric is thinner and more slippery. The layers slide against each other during cutting. The stitching can wrinkle during sewing. We adjusted our cutting and sewing parameters for this fabric. We use finer needles. We set the machines to a slower speed. This ensures the stitching lies flat without puckering. We press and set each microfiber poly tie before packing. This keeps it crisp and straight. We check the edge stitching on each tie. The edges must be even and smooth. The tip must be straight and pointed. The keeper label must be sewn flat against the back.
