This double-breasted 2-button business suit is designed for customers who prefer a classic British-inspired style. The double-breasted construction creates a more structured, formal, and authoritative appearance. The overlapping front enhances an upright silhouette, giving the wearer a stronger and more powerful presence.

This suit is made from a 65% polyester and 35% viscose blend with a fabric weight of 320 g/m². Compared to our earlier fabric compositions, this blend contains a higher viscose content, resulting in a softer hand feel and improved drape while maintaining the easy-care and wrinkle-resistant properties of TR fabric. The lining is made from 100% polyester, offering a smooth and durable wearing experience.

The construction of a double-breasted suit is more complex than that of a single-breasted design. The overlapping front panels require precise alignment between the outer fabric and inner lining to ensure structural balance. Improper construction may cause the front to buckle or distort.

This critical section is handled by our most experienced tailors, each with over five years of production experience, ensuring the front panel remains clean, flat, and well-balanced on every garment.

Although the suit is tailored in a slim fit, it is slightly more relaxed than a single-breasted version to allow proper room across the chest and stomach when fully buttoned, preventing unwanted creasing.

For sizing, we generally recommend selecting the same size as your single-breasted suit, as our pattern has already accounted for the structural differences of the double-breasted design. This style is also produced in standard business color options to support efficient stock planning.

We follow the AQL 2.5 quality inspection standard, with full documentation at every stage from fabric inspection to final garment checking. Third-party inspections are fully supported, and we can prepare all necessary documents and finished goods for inspection by agencies such as SGS, BV, or Intertek.

OEM and ODM services are available, including customization of buttons, lining, and brand labels. The minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per color, with flexible terms available for new clients.

Sample development takes 5–7 days. For bulk production, we provide progress updates every 3 days, including photos and videos of key manufacturing stages.
