Stretch Business Suit

This stretch business suit is a reliable choice for business professionals and is suitable for daily commuting and frequent travel. Our factory in Wenzhou, Zhejiang, has over 12 years of experience producing garments for brands from the United States, Israel, and Northern Europe. This suit is designed for professionals who need a well-presented garment that stays neat throughout the day. It is an ideal option for those who frequently travel for work.

The suit is made from an 80% polyester and 20% viscose blend, with a fabric weight of 360G/M. We tested 37 different fabric combinations and found that this 360G/M fabric drapes similarly to fine wool. It also offers significantly better wrinkle resistance and durability than wool.

In our laboratory tests, the fabric was folded and stored in a box for 12 hours. After being hung for 4 hours, it recovered 89% of its wrinkles. In comparison, a standard 280G/M fabric recovered only 62%. This means the suit can be hung in a hotel room overnight and will be ready to wear the next morning without ironing.

We inspect all incoming fabric for colorfastness (ISO level 4+) and shrinkage (under 1.2%) and reject any batches that do not meet these standards. The suit is produced using German-made sewing machines, with 8–9 stitches per inch to ensure a smooth finish. Our quality control team inspects each stage of production, as well as every finished garment, including size accuracy and button strength. Each button is tested to withstand a pull force of up to 5 kilograms.

We follow the AQL 2.5 inspection standard, commonly used for suits sold in Europe and North America. All inspection records are documented, and fabric batch numbers can be traced through to the final quality inspector's signature. Third-party inspections by SGS, BV, or Intertek are also accepted.

This stretch business suit is available in sizes 36 to 54 and six colors: black, navy, charcoal, light grey, coffee, and taupe. OEM and ODM services are supported, allowing customization of buttons, lining color, and brand labels. The minimum order quantity is 300 pieces per color. For new customers, flexible terms can be discussed.

Samples are completed within 5–7 days, while special designs may require 8–10 days. For bulk production, we provide production updates every 7 days, along with photos and videos of key manufacturing stages.
