Preliminary Preparation
Fabrics must pass safety tests for parameters such as color fastness and pH levels; priority is given to soft, skin-friendly materials. Fabric quality standards exceed national norms for children's clothing, allowing no more than 15 defects per 100 meters.
Pattern making incorporates children's body characteristics, incorporating allowances for growth and movement to ensure the fit is not overly tight or restrictive.
Precision Cutting
Computerized cutting systems are used for automated layout and cutting with millimeter-level precision. Seam allowances are carefully adjusted; standard allowances of 0.7–0.8 cm are applied to components such as front and back panels and sleeves.
Meticulous Sewing
Mass production begins only after the initial sample is approved for craftsmanship and dimensions. The process involves nearly 200 controlled steps, with special attention paid to details like the collar, sleeve-head ease, and pocket alignment to ensure symmetry and neatness.
Shaping and Finishing
Multi-station steam pressing is used to achieve the garment's three-dimensional shape while preventing shine marks or scorch marks. Finally, a comprehensive quality inspection checks for issues such as loose threads and seam integrity before the garments are packaged and shipped.
